HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order through MNX website consists of the following steps:

  1. Choose the products that you like and add them to “Your Basket”,
  2. Proceed to check out,
  3. Enter the delivery and billing information,
  4. Accept our Sale terms by clicking the checkboxes,
  5. Choose a payment method and click on “Send Order”,
  6. Make the payment.
  7. If the payment is authorized, the Customer will receive confirmation of receipt of the order.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

You don’t need to register on our website to make a purchase.

HOW CAN I DETERMINE MY CLOTHING SIZE?

By clicking on »SIZE CHART« button below the product description you can find all the needed information to determine your size. If you are still not sure, you can always contact us and we will help you with choosing the right size.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

MNX Sportswear Online Shop offers the following payment methods:

  • paying by credit/debit card,
  • with PayPal,
  • with direct bank transfer (Proforma Invoice),
  • cash on delivery (Slovenia and Italy).
WHERE CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?

Your discount code can be applyed in the shopping cart right below the list of the added products.

HOW MUCH IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

There is no minimum order value.

HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

We offer a standard delivery method. A shipping charge for countries within European Union is of 4,50€. For all the other countries the shipping charge is of 9,00€.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Once we receive your order, we will ship it as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on the country. It usually takes 3-10 business days for the shipment to be delivered. For the parcels within Europe the shipping time is always shorter (3-5 business days). For the shipments outside Europe the delivery time takes a few more days (5-10 business days).

HAS MY ORDER BEEN RECEIVED?

You always receive a confirmation email after completion of your order.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PURCHASING?

The reason for not receiving a confirmation email about your order could be in a system error. The email could also be automatically filtered as spam and put in your spam folder. The other reason could also be in the incorrect email address that was entered at your registration (email with typing error). In eather case you can contact us and we will let you know about your order status.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you ordered a wrong item or size, please contact us as soon as possible. We can apply changes to your order, but only if your order was not completed yet. After the completion your order is quickly shipped and afterwards we can no longer apply any changes.

Note: If you ordered a personalized product, it is extremely important to contact us right after ordering. Personalized products can also be completed very quickly and there is no option to change them afterwards.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order, but only before the order is completed and shipped. Please, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS NOT ON STOCK IN THE ORDERED SIZE OR COLOR?

We try to frequently update the stock information on our website, but sometimes it can still happen that a product is sold out. We will inform you about the problem and based on the agreement we will cancel your order or send something else in exchange.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PARCEL IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE DELIVERY TIME?

If the delivery courrier does not find you at home, you will receive a notification card informing you about a second delivery attempt.

HOW DO I WASH MY MNX APPAREL?

Please pay close attention to the care instructions provided with each product. Many of our products should not be put in a dryer. In general, wash on 30° and iron your MNX items turned inside out to protect the printed graphics and embroidery from the damage.

WHAT DOES A PERSONALIZED PRODUCT MEAN?

Personalized product is a product that is created specifically for you. You can choose a name, number, color, logo and font for your product under the »DIY APPAREL« category.

CAN I RETURN A MNX PRODUCT?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return it on our address:

When we receive your package and make a quality check of the returned products, we will make a refund on your bank account or PayPal within 1-5 business days.
